Mark has been a project manager in the Chicago market for thirty-three years focusing on industrial and office build outs; ground up industrial and low raise office buildings and land development. During his career Mark has worked for Trammell Crow Company, Duke Realty, Pancor and Prologis; and has built out over 10 million square feet of office and industrial space, over 2 million square feet of ground up industrial and low raise office buildings and completed over 500 acres of land development.

• SPX 50,000 SF industrial renovation consisting of 10,000 SF office renovation, 10,000 SF new office addition and 30,000 SF warehouse renovation. Elk Grove Village, IL
• Innotrac 450,00 SF industrial renovation consisting of 5,000 SF office renovation, construct 3,000 SF of new office, demolition of 50,000 SF of temperature controlled warehouse and upgrade electrical service, upgrade warehouse lighting and added additional car parking. Romeoville, IL
• Siemens / Winergy 170,00 SF ground up industrial building consisting of 20,00 SF of two story office and 150,000 SF of wind generating turbine assembly warehouse that included three full length crane bays consisting of 26 total cranes. Elgin, IL
• Two story spec office building 40,000 SF with 20,000 SF build out for Plante Moran. Interior build out of common corridors and entrance lobby. Complete site development of utilities, parking lot and site lighting.
