Our Team

Midwest Construction Partners employs a staff of 20 professionals that includes engineers, accountants, technicians and clerical personnel that further support our site management activities. This support staff provides the necessary assistance from our Schaumburg, Illinois office, as well as from various other project and site offices. The corporate professional support staff performs an active role in estimating, critical path project scheduling, project activity management, cost management controls, engineering/CAD drawing and plotting, and equipment/materials coordination for each and every active project.

As Midwest Construction Partners’ president, Jim O’Brien has led the company for the past 16 years and has overseen more than 500 successful projects. Midwest Construction Partners focuses on ground up opportunities and the tenant buildouts associated for national retailers, developers, and private owners in numerous verticals, including retail, healthcare, office, and industrial projects.  

Jim has assembled a team of highly skilled construction professionals that are recognized for their coordinated approach, commitment to quality and on time completion.
