We’re happy to say some changes are coming to Naperville. We have negotiated two projects with Newcastle Properties a client I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with for over 20 years. This project will consist of a new outlot building, infill of some unused space to create another tenant space and the associated site work with both projects.
