Midwest Construction Partners is excited to partner up with Fresenius Medical Care and the construction of their new ground up facility in Schaumburg. The project consists of construction of a new 9,900 square foot ground up medical office building and associated 1.5 acres site development.

The Hand & Stone tenant build out has been completed and is open for business in Oswego. It was a tight timeline with a great client. We look forward to more opportunities.

Midwest Construction Partners is pleased to be awarded the new Coldwell Banker office buildout in Naperville. The project is the interior demolition and renovation of approx. 8,000sqft. Coldwell Banker is a welcomed new client and we look forward to 2017 with them for this project and future developments.
