Covid could only keep things down for so long. We’re happy for our client as were finally able to help them as they update there existing offices and expanding their operations at O’Hare Airport.

We’re continuing our run on Taco Bell projects. These two projects are renovations to existing stores bringing the buildings up to todays environment. Exciting time to be involved!

We’re very happy to start another relationship with a national client like La-Z-Boy, we look forward to building this relationship not only here in the Chicagoland area, but nationally as well.

We’re excited and thankful for the opportunity to work with Truenorth on their new property in Waukegan. This new ground up gas station facility is a excellent opportunity and we look forward to a great partnership.

Midwest Construction Partners is continuing to grow our office division with the award of the Lufthansa Cargo office renovation out at O’Hare International Airport. We look forward to start this project and help Lufthansa get this office up and fully operational.

We appreciate the opportunity and are excited to be working with The Fresh Market on there refresh of the store!

We’re thankful for another opportunity to work with the Ross/ DD’s brand.The project will be a renovation of over 22,000 sqft. Hopefully we’ll be getting this one going soon this fall and open in early 2020.

Midwest Construction Partners wins the Henry Pratt Company renovation. We’re ready to get this moving forward, it will be an interesting project working on the 2nd floor for the majority of the renovation and coordinating and working on an operational warehouse floor.
