We’ve won another renovation. This one is in Schererville, IN for Pine Tree LLC. Like everything in retail this time of year, all the work needs to be done before the snow falls. No time to slow down.

We excited for the façade renovation trend going on! Recently we’ve been awarded the Façade renovation of 3 of the existing buildings at the Commons of Chicago Ridge for Brixmor Property Group. Its always nice when you work with a repeat client and help bring new life to a mall!

Midwest Construction Partners is excited to work with another National Client, Buy Buy Baby, on the tenant improvements in Naperville, IL …A nice way to start off the summer of 2019!

We’re very excited to start construction on a new 12,000 square foot ground up retail building at Fullerton and Damen in Chicago, including the sitework and the new building pad development for a restaurant. We greatly appreciate the project team and look forward to working again with Mid-America Asset Management and OKW Architects.

We appreciate another opportunity with Regency Centers with the renovation of over 11,000 square feet of existing shopping center to accommodate a new Blink Fitness.

Midwest Construction Partners won the opportunity and is excited to work with Barre 3 in Fulton Market. We look forward to starting on this project in the coming weeks. Barre3 is a full body workout combining strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
