We’re thankful for the opportunity to work with Mid-America Asset Management on this project and look forward to challenges of working in the Loop and another successful project.

Once again, we’re excited to be working with CBRE on a warehouse trucking expansion in Bolingbrook. CBRE has been great to work with, and we appreciate the opportunity to bring this project together and get it moving forward.

Midwest Construction Partners has been awarded another retail project located in Glenview, IL by Regency Centers, once again.  We are thrilled to be working yet again with the Regency team on The project, “Glen Oak”, which consists of 4,285 SF of Interior renovation of 2 existing spaces making them into a vanilla white boxes ready for Tenant occupancy.

We looking forward to working with Brixmor again and taking care of the work up at Rolling Crossings. This will be a quick hitting project starting up next week and turning over quickly. Keep them coming!

Another great week, as we won another retail project. This project is the 1st of three buildings planned for Palatine retail and it is teaming us up with Core Acquisitions and PFDA Architect’s, again. Looking forward to another successful project.

We are exited to welcome Mark Robinson. Mark has been a project manager in the Chicago market for thirty-three years focusing on industrial and office build outs; ground up industrial and low raise office buildings and land development. During his career Mark has worked for Trammell Crow Company, Duke Realty, Pancor and Prologis; and has built out over 10 million square feet of office and industrial space, over 2 million square feet of ground up industrial and low raise office buildings and completed over 500 acres of land development.

Ridge Paulina – color elevations North West

Midwest Construction Partners wins the Ground up Retail project in Chicago. Midwest Construction Partners is looking forward again to working with Crossroads Development on another project in Chicago. We’re thankful for the opportunity to take on this site, as its a typical Chicago site with a tight timeline to hit all the tenants needs. Way to close out a Friday!!! Midwest Construction Partners wins the renovation of 350,000 square foot warehouse in Woodridge. We’re excited and appreciate the opportunity to work with JP Morgan and CBRE on this project.

We are excited to be working with Regency Centers on another project.

Ulta at Willow Festival Center in Northbrook is a renovation of approx. 15,000 square feet and façade modifications. Thank you again to Regency Centers for the opportunity.

The Bradley project is multi-tenant is a ground up construction of a 9,800sq. ft. building on 1.3 acres. This project is fast moving, starting next week and completing in the spring. We are looking forward to working with GMX and Midland Atlantic on delivering a successful project and kicking off a great 2018!
