Midwest Construction Partners is happy to announce its completion of Bibibop Asian Grill in Munster, Indiana. This project required ample collaboration between MCP, architect, engineers, and the owner due to challenges with the pre-existing condition of the building. MCP completed this project in line with schedule, allowing Bibibop to open its doors to the community.

We look forward to continuing our relationship with Bibibop in creating new spaces in 2024.

Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world solely dedicated to treating infants with plagiocephaly. Due to the nature of their business this required the project done on off hours and weekends to accommodate patients, technicians and doctors. The project went off without issue and turned a renovated tenant space in 4 weeks’ time.

We completed the Rise Medical Dispensary earlier this year. This was a fast complicated project and we’re thankful to the Rise team for the opportunity and look forward to growing with Rise on the future projects!

Way to start the year off right, with another win. Kura sushi coming soon!

What an exciting concept. Its menu includes authentic Japanese dishes made with natural, premium ingredients free of artificial sweeteners, seasonings, preservatives and colorings. Its revolving sushi bar circulates throughout the entire restaurant with various sushi offerings. Diners can also order from tablets at each booth and counter space and then receive their food via an express belt from the kitchen. We’re always looking to expand our clientele and appreciate the opportunity. Looking forward to getting this one going! See you later this summer.

Midwest Construction Partners wins the PetSmart at the Brickyard in Chicago. New Tenant and new client for us as we’re excited to work with PetSmart and Kite Realty Group. We’re looking forward to getting this started up January 1st!
