Looking forward to getting this one out of the ground, its taken some time clearing some of the hurdles on the paperwork to, but it looks like we ready to take off!

This new ground up store in Aurora will our fifth Take 5 store and we look forward to helping them more on there future pipeline!

New restaurant added to fold along with a new client. Demolition has started and looking forward to the new design! More information to follow!!

Our Soma store in Littleton, Colorado is coming along. Looking forward to completing this store in the coming weeks.

We’re happy to say some changes are coming to Naperville. We have negotiated two projects with Newcastle Properties a client I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with for over 20 years. This project will consist of a new outlot building, infill of some unused space to create another tenant space and the associated site work with both projects.

The Ross train keeps on going. Great client

The win streak continues, We’ve won the Ross Dress for Less in Shawnee, Kansas just outside of Kansas city. We appreciate the opportunity to expand our relationship with Ross. Currently, we’ve added our GC coverage area and licensing to working in Illinois, Indiana, MIchigan, Ohio, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kentucky, Nebraska, Colorado, Texas, North & South Carolina, and New York.
