Challenging renovation in Traverse City, Michigan completed and open for business!!

We continue to be successful working with the Take 5 franchise and look forward to getting this one out of the ground and working with a another new franchisee. If your not getting your oil changed here your nuts!

I want to thank our new client for the opportunity to build their new ground up Arby’s project, and my team for continuing to perform and create new opportunities for Midwest Construction Partners. Its always a challenge to start jobs in the fall, but we will attack it, like attacking a Arby’s sandwich!

Another Take 5 Oil change completed! Great opportunity and great client!

We always consider ourselves fortunate when we get to work with a repeat client. But in this case it goes double, when the developer is Brixmor and the Tenant is La Z Boy, both clients go back several years and multiple projects. The project is a renovation to create a new 15,000 square foot space for La Z Boy and help reinvigorate Westridge Court for Brixmor.

We’re excited to continue our relationship with Take 5 Oil Change. This project is a new ground up store in Mount Prospect. Looking to get things open this fall!!
