Everyone loves working inside during January and February. This one is moving along and tracking well after delays from Covid. Great client to work with and looking forward to retrofitting this 21,000 sqft space back to life!

We’re coming into the final stretch at Lufthansa corporate offices at O’Hare. Great opportunity and a pleasure to work with Lufthansa and Jeff Funke at Funke Architects.

Once again we want to thank the team over at Brixmor for another opportunity to work together. We completed the Painted Tree Façade work a couple weeks ago to allow for their grand opening. Brixmor is a great organization and we appreciate your continued opportunities and support.

Midwest Construction Partners won the new ground up Starbucks in Woodridge. We’re exciting to start a new relationship with NARE (North American Real Estate) and continue working with JTS Architects. Breaking ground this week and hustling into the fall, full speed ahead!

Covid could only keep things down for so long. We’re happy for our client as were finally able to help them as they update there existing offices and expanding their operations at O’Hare Airport.
