Midwest Construction Partners was awarded a new ground up retail building in Lockport from Core Acquisitions. The building is a 7800 sqft two tenant building and is going have Panera Bread Company and Aspen Dental.

We are excited to work on another project with Crossroads Development, continuing our 10 plus year relationship with Crossroads. Crossroads Ogden is located at Ogden and Roosevelt in the city, the project is approximate 3 acre site with a number of challenges to support a new McDonalds and retail development. Construction has begun and we’re tracking to turn over McDonalds pad this fall.

Midwest Construction Partners continues to expand our relationship with Fresenius Medical Care. Our Zion project will be starting in the fall and looking to be completed prior to year end.

17,000 Square Foot Trucking/ freight container Facility and over 20 acres of site work in Chicago completed on the south side. Best of luck to ownership on there continued expansion.
